    Unbeknownst to me, The tire warranty they sold me expired 3 months before my lease expired. I had used the warranty 7 times Previously to replace Pirelli run flat tires. 1 week ago I had to pay 400 to replace a run flat tire and repair rim, you are supposed to be able to drive 50 miles on A run flat before it damages the tire/rim. But driving 11 miles damaged the cords to the point the tire could not be repaired and cracked the rim. Paid that, drove car home, another tire Went flat , took it back apparently now that tire, that had already been replaced once under warranty, is too damaged to be repaired and I have to pay another 400.00 to replace. Went to General sales manager for assistance and it’s now been 7 Days with no answer and my car still sits there . Poor customer service , I expect more from a Cadillac dealer. Do not buy a car here .

    Joe at the service desk takes great care of us every time we interact with him. In this instance, they arranged a ride for me back to my wife's office due to conflicting schedules. The trip was about a 30-40 mile round trip without any fuss. Thank you for the great service. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the fact that I had to pay anything to get my lights replaced since it is a known issue. This should have been totally covered by GM and not limited to $800 per light. Great thought, but you fell short.
